For our client, we're looking for an IT Project Coordinator to join an international manufacturing company undergoing continuous digital transformation. This role is ideal for someone with initial experience in project coordination, PMO, or business analysis who is looking to grow within IT Project Management while working alongside experienced Project Managers on international initiatives. As an IT Project Coordinator, you'll play an important role in supporting the successful delivery of IT projects from planning through implementation. You'll help keep projects organized, coordinate communication between stakeholders, maintain project documentation, and ensure milestones and deliverables stay on track. This position offers excellent exposure to enterprise IT projects and provides the opportunity to develop into a full IT Project Manager role gradually.

-Support Project Managers throughout the entire project lifecycle.
-Coordinate project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and action items.
-Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and presentations.
-Organize project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder sessions.
-Monitor project progress and follow up on open tasks, risks, and dependencies.
-Assist with resource planning, onboarding activities, and project administration.
-Track project budgets, purchase requests, and other project-related expenses.
-Help coordinate testing, deployment, and go-live activities.
-Collaborate closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure smooth communication across projects.
-Contribute to maintaining project governance, documentation standards, and continuous process improvements.

Požadujeme

-Approximately 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, business analysis, IT support, or another project-related role.
-Experience working on projects involving multiple stakeholders is an advantage.
-Basic understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid.
-Familiarity with tools such as Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, or similar collaboration platforms.
-Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities simultaneously.
-Good communication skills and confidence working with both technical and business teams.
-Detail-oriented approach with strong ownership and follow-through.
-Interest in IT projects, digital transformation, or enterprise systems.
-Professional English and Czech suitable for daily communication in an international environment.
-Previous experience within manufacturing or another corporate environment is considered an advantage.
-Project management certifications or training (Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, PMP Foundation, etc.) are welcomed but not required.
