Help us deliver great service

As Service Desk Advisor, you will join our new Business Service Operations in Kladno, a shared service centre that delivers HR and Finance services to the entire LEGO Group from Kladno in the Czech Republic, Monterrey in Mexico, and Singapore. Here, you use your passion for delivering exceptional service as an outgoing and communicative colleague, who is all in on delivering great HR services proactively and thereby ensure a good customer experience.

More specifically, you support the business by:

  • Identifying and defining the processes needed to establish and retain a sustainable HR Service Desk department that provides top professional support and customer service
  • Creating knowledge databases to ensure consistent processes and answers, being on a constant lookout for new improvement opportunities
  • Supporting all questions pertaining to HR employee data (SAP Master data) and HR processes, e.g. researching on payroll errors and providing time and attendance support
  • Providing administrative support on core HR processes (e.g. Merit and PMP form completion)
  • Handling administrative tasks related to rewards and training as well as answering simple local country benefit questions

Taking part in building a new Service Desk department, you want to help create a great working environment, focusing on quality, learning and performance. Here, you succeed because you are able to form collaborative relationships and ensure a sustainable implementation of the global processes in a culturally diverse and oft-changing environment while ensuring a great customer experience. The best way to do so is to stay proactive, positive and service-oriented, always keeping in mind that you are there to enable the LEGO Business.

Your background:

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably within HR, help desk/service desk or service process handling in an international support function
  • General IT flair and experienced in using MS Office, especially Excel.
  • SAP experience is required, and any experience with SAP HR is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills, so you can give advice and work on tasks through virtual direction
  • Good at finding logical and creative solutions and working structured, detailed and accurate

English at advanced level is a requirement and if you have language skills either within German or Hungarian, it will be an advantage.
