NO EXPERIENCE needed (if you have some previous experience it is a plus)!<br/>Join our INTERNATIONAL TEAM of LOGISTICS Operations Execution located in Prague! Become a "JUNIOR PLANNER" with us!<br/>
<br/>Responsibilities <ul>
<li> Planning and scheduling the trucks to be placed at particular centers across Europe</li>
<li> React flexibly and adjust planning to various factors such as forecast, historical trends, vehicles capacity and carrier capabilities etc.</li>
<li> Daily communication with the European fulfillment centers in English and German</li>
<li> Creating accurate capacity plans</li>
<li> Acting as a point of contact for internal stakeholders, to resolves any potential issues via facilitating the flow of information </li>
<li> Reporting activities related to accurate statistics, management reports and analysis</li>
<li> Communication with the Customers, Customer Service Associates, Delivery Station Managers, and Delivery Associates</li>
</ul>

Požadujeme

Must to have:<ul>
<li> Language skills: fluent English and at least upper intermediate German</li>
<li> Communication skills: you should enjoy interacting with customers/clients (via phone, emails, face-to-face)</li>
<li> Ability to multitask</li>
<li> Friendly approach and personality</li>
<li> Proactive attitude</li>
</ul>
<br/>Plus to have: <ul>
<li> Experience in customer service field, client care, logistics, transportation services etc.</li>
<li> PC skills - especially MS Office </li>
<li> Previous experience working in an international firm</li>
</ul>
