<br/>SSC MANAGER → with strong leadership skills → effective people management within multicultural environment → experience with process migration&setting <br/>
<br/>Key activities:<br/>
<ul>
<li> develop and execute global operation strategy for local company setting</li>
<li> be the focal point for foreign partners from offices around the world to discuss operations and strategies</li>
<li> analysing multiple markets </li>
<li> communication and negotiation with suppliers i.e. commercial teams around the world</li>
<li> setting of KPIs and monitoring team performance against set targets</li>
<li> full awarness and responsiblity for the department´s functionality - multicultural environment (approx. 80 team members)</li>
<li> work accross different departments and effectively cooperate on various projects</li>
<li> building and managing relationship and trust with partners around the world</li>
<li> willing to travel - up to 20%</li>
</ul>

Požadujeme

<ul>
<li> fluent ENGLISH is a MUST (any other language is a huge plus)</li>
<li> team leading/running a team experience and ability to motivate people with different cultural backgrounds (20/30 people) - min. 3-5 years</li>
<li> experience with setting up of operation processes, process migration exp. is a huge plus</li>
<li> working in international environment</li>
<li> ability to effectively build and maintain relationships within the team and with international partners</li>
<li> Tourism background is a huge plus </li>
<li> background in operations will be appreciated</li>
</ul>
