Join an international manufacturing project and help drive process excellence.
For a major international project in the railway and industrial manufacturing sector, we are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer who will play a key role in adapting, optimizing, and industrializing manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost targets are achieved. If you have a strong engineering background, hands-on manufacturing experience, and enjoy improving processes in a dynamic international environment, we would be delighted to hear from you.
-Ensure manufacturing processes are implemented and maintained in accordance with defined industrial standards and requirements
-Support industrialization activities and production ramp-up at partner manufacturing facilities
-Monitor process performance and ensure manufacturing process stability
-Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement corrective actions when necessary
-Coordinate and provide technical support to production teams
-Analyze production performance, efficiency, quality, and productivity indicators
-Collaborate closely with production, quality, engineering, and logistics teams
-Contribute to the optimization of manufacturing processes and operational excellence initiatives

Požadujeme

-University degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
-Previous experience in manufacturing engineering or industrial processes
-Fluent or communicative English skills (daily use in an international environment)
-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
-Knowledge of manufacturing methodologies, industrial tools, and process optimization techniques
-Excellent communication and organizational skills
-Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and results
