<br/>Skilled candidate who will be responsible for smooth and effective running of Prague office is welcome to join our team!<br/>
<br/>As an Office coordinator you will be:<ul>
<li> Organizing the office layout and participate on the office design</li>
<li> Cooperating with suppliers (negotiating better deals, administration of contracts)</li>
<li> Providing business travel arrangements – transportation, accommodation, car rental; monitoring business trips, dealing with corporate travel agency </li>
<li> Coordinating management visits from outside of Prague</li>
<li> Assisting with arrangements of special events (e.g. team buildings, dinners)</li>
<li> Administer, review and update Health and Safety Agenda </li>
<li> Maintaining record of staff attendance and working hours</li>
<li> Organize and sort incoming and out-coming mail</li>

Požadujeme

Do you see yourself in this profile?<ul>
<li> High school education</li>
<li> Previous experience in a similar position (preferably in an international environment)</li>
<li> Fluent English skills</li>
<li> Good knowledge of MS Office programs</li>
<li> Very good organizational skills & multitasking</li>
<li> Responsibility in ownership of assigned tasks</li>
<li> Superb communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
