- Processing of business projects inside ERP SAP system (from customer order receipt, through goods purchasing and delivery till final invoice issue to customer)
- Support for creation of service and enhancement requests for ERP SAP system improvement
- Support for company accounting and controlling
- Elaboration of project order structure according to Project Manager (Customer) inputs and needs considering rules given by financial department
- Creation of customer sales orders (CSO)
- Generation of related purchase orders (PO, IPO)
- Creation of invoices for customers
- Submission of PO and IPO to vendors
- Submission of invoices to the customer
- Support for checking of incoming subcontracting invoices
- Regular tracking of products delivery plans
- Custom clearance
- Support for goods transport organization from vendors
- Very close cooperation with service, accounting and logistic department
- Various daily administrative agenda
- Support for financial audits
Požadujeme
- Secondary school at least
- At least 3 years, understanding of basic commercial flows in business oriented company
- Skills: SAP R3 – Logistic Module, MS Office – most focus on EXCEL
- Fluent English is essential
- Flexible, independent, stress resistant, communicative, reliable, social type
