- Migration Project Support
- Single point of contact for country migration Lead
- Country Payroll process migration advice & input
- Build test scripts
- Set-up testing scenarios, testing, reconciliation/validation of test results, documentation
- Support with new process implementation and standardisation
- Continuously improve work procedures and processes
- Cycle payroll process overview and support/ensure the accuracy of the payroll process
- Lead defined Payroll programs with assigned deliverables within budget, including scoping, planning, risk mitigation, quality and communication
- Ensure accuracy & timely payment of invoices
- Facilitate payment approval process and controls
- Facilitate business case development
- Facilitate regular financial reviews
- Calculate and process service allocations
- Maintain industry knowledge of pricing and service level benchmarks
- Manage change orders/change requests
- Monitor Service Level Management/reports
- Manage day to day operational questions
- Support contract negotiation
- Facilitate annual planning and forecasting
Požadujeme
- Successful completed university level (Bachelor or Master Degree)
- >>> Minimum of 3 years working experience in administration / HR / Finance
- >>> Minimum of 1 year Vendor management experience
- Project base working experience
- Payroll knowledge – operational and payroll processing knowledge required
- Experience working within a service orientated environment
- ENGLISH MUST BE (other language skills preferred )
- ADVANCED MS OFFICE
