<br/>This is a fantastic opportunity for you to use your procurement expertise to support the Procurement Team. As a PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST you have to make sure that the products are purchased from specified suppliers and are delivered according to agreed terms and conditions.<br/>
<br/>Your Responsibilities:<ul>
<li> Creating and issuing of the Purchase Orders to suppliers. </li>
<li> Review of all purchase requests, verifying that all required information and documentation has been provided, and subsequently creates purchase orders for the requested items. </li>
<li> Make sure that purchases are made against properly approved purchase orders, and are compliant with CSC Procurement policies.</li>
<li> Processing of purchase requests in compliance with agreed SLA.</li>
<li> Solving PO related queries from requesters as well as suppliers. </li>
<li> Related admin tasks e g: archiving, filing etc.</li>
</ul>

Požadujeme

<ul>
<li> Education in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related area </li>
<li> Fluency in English</li>
<li> Previous experience in a similar position within an international environment is a plus </li>
<li> Advanced MS Office skills (specifically Excel – VLOOK UP, SUM, IF, …)</li>
<li> Knowledge of SAP and SRM is an advantage </li>
<li> Superb communication skills </li>
<li> Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, attention to detail</li>
<li> Team work while ensuring follow up on individual responsibility</li>
