<li> You will be responsible for controlling quality of customer service during the phone calls of our employees</li>
<li> You will be reporting to director and team leaders about the quality of our service to our customers</li>
<li> Providing communication between director and our team</li>
<li> You will have the leadership responsibility for your team</li>

Požadujeme
