<br/>Join our team! <br/>Your main responsibilities will be:<ul>
<li> Supervising and coaching the team of Sales Specialists</li>
<li> Responsible for sales performance of the assigned team and individual sales specialists and report the results to the senior management</li>
<li> Creating sales forecast for the assigned region</li>
<li> Measure and analyze renewal rate and loss for the territory</li>
<li> Tracking the top renewal opportunities</li>
<li> Interfacing with regional sales leadership and regional field sales teams to support the business </li>
<li> Join meetings and business reviews with the sales regions</li>
<li> Establish and grow key relationships with local Channel partners</li>
<li> Maintains thorough knowledge of the company’s products/services and strategies </li>
<li> Tracking of KPIs to measure team success </li>
<li> Setting quarterly and annual performance targets for the team</li>
</ul>

Požadujeme

<ul>
<li> At least Bachelor degree</li>
<li> Previous experience in Inside Sales or Telesales (3+ years)</li>
<li> Fluent in English and French</li>
<li> Ability to lead, coach, & mentor a team (ideally previous experience in people management)</li>
<li> Advanced skills of negotiation and problem solving skills</li>
<li> Ability to meet deadlines </li>
<li> Excellent language, communications and presentation skills</li>
<li> Very good command of MS Office Suite, CRM and preferably Salesforce</li>
<li> Ability to travel</li>
</ul>
