Start to work for a top healthcare company.<br/>We are currently looking for a motivated candidates for the position of SENIOR CHANGE MANAGER!<br/>
<br/>The Senior Change Manager will be responsible to ensure that all project impacts on processes, organisa-<br/>tion, technology, data and support/service models are effectively managed. This is achieved<br/>through effective:<ul>
<li> Implementation of Change Management methodologies</li>
<li> Creation of a Change Management Strategy including the development of change activi-</li>
</ul>ties on the project plan in collaboration with the Project Manager<ul>
<li> Coaching and mentoring in Change Management</li>
<li> Communications</li>
<li> Training Needs identification and planning</li>
</ul>
<br/>Mani responsibilities:<ul>
<li> Manage the interface between programs and operations to secure the delivery of the program outcomes and benefit realization</li>
<li> Define the scope of the Change Management work stream within a program or project </li>
<li> Develop, document and publish Change Management Plans</li>
<li> Create and define stakeholder map with plan to ensure all stakeholder groups are fully informed and consulted where necessary on the development of the program or project</li>
<li> In collaboration with the PPMO Communications Lead, prepare and issue all communication plans and materials</li>
<li> Complete Training Needs Analysis, identify and implement Training Strategy</li>
<li> Identify all gate criteria with particular emphasis on Go/No Go decision for Go Live and entry into Business As Usual</li>
</ul>

Požadujeme

<ul>
<li> More than 10 years’ experience in Change Management</li>
<li> More than 5 years’ experience in Program or Project Environment (medium to complex programs of more than $15M budget, programs or projects of more than 2 year duration)</li>
<li> Business Functional experience such as Finance, Procurement or HR</li>
<li> Business Case Development</li>
<li> Strategic Alignment (proven knowledge of developing and implementing strategic goals)</li>
<li> Training Identification and Delivery of business processes</li>
</ul>
