- answer incoming calls, switch calls, take messages, forward messages immediately (via sms or e-mail), make sure you get correct name of caller
- announce incoming visitors, seat them in conference room as needed offer refreshments
- handle outgoing and incoming mail, DHL, Messenger, UPS
- handle reservations for taxi and conference rooms
- execute administrative task as needed
Požadujeme
- secondary school diploma or higher
- czech native with excellent knowledge of written Czech, fluent in English (advanced level)
- some knowledge of MS Office applications
- open-minded, creative, flexible, proactive, service- and detail-oriented, non-conflict, self-motivated personality
- excellent organizational skills combined with a calm, team-player attitude, good sense of prioritization and multitasking
- ability to work under pressure
- professional and pleasant style of communication.
