We’ve been crafting the VL3 for 25 years, we manufacture bespoke VL3 ultralight aircraft, dedicated
to helping customers achieve the flying experience they have always dreamed of.
To strengthen our service department, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Deputy Service
Manager to join our team.

Position Overview
The Deputy Service Manager will support the Service Manager in coordinating and executing all
service-related activities for VL3 aircraft. This role requires strong technical insight, excellent
communication skills. You will act as a key contact for customers, ensuring timely and high-quality
service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service Coordination — Handle service requests via phone and email, provide
  

technical guidance, and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Service Documentation — Record and manage service activities in the ERP Helios system
  

with high accuracy.

• Manual & Catalog Development — Create and update the VL3 Maintenance Manual and
  

Spare Parts Catalog in cooperation with engineering and production teams.

• Team Collaboration — Support the Service Manager in daily operations and contribute to
  

continuous improvement of service processes.

Requirements

• Preferably 1 year of experience in a similar service or technical coordination role.
  
• Fluent English and Czech ,both spoken and written.
  
• Strong technical knowledge, ideally in aviation or mechanical engineering.
  
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Helios.
  
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and maintain high attention to detail.
