Our client is building a new team at their production site at western outskirts of Prague, to join their Global IT department and drive the evolution of the Group’s ERP landscape. This isn’t just a support role — it offers a valuable opportunity to contribute to a significant digital transformation project spanning more than 20 countries and connected to the Group's ongoing digitalisation efforts.
If you have experience of international migrations for manufacturing companies' ERP systems, are a fluent English speaker and thrive in a Scandinavian-style culture where people matter as much as performance, we want to hear from you.

The Mission:

Migrate to Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM from Microsoft Dynamics AX on a global scale, then optimise and maintain the process.

We are looking for specialists to own the following areas:

• Functional Area Lead – Mastermind for Sales & Customer Order Management
  
• Functional Area Lead – Expert in Manufacturing modules
  

Functional Area Lead D365 Sales&Customer Order Management

• Implementation & Optimization: Lead the deployment and improvement of D365 F&SCM modules with a core focus on Sales and Customer Order Management.
  
• Commercial Streamlining: Collaborate with Sales and Planning teams to optimize end-to-end processes, including inventory visibility and customer fulfillment.
  
• Strategic Insights: Enhance supply chain performance using tools like demand forecasting, order promising (ATP), and real-time sales insights to support business decisions.
  
• Leadership & Standards: Organize SME workshops, mentor team members, and ensure all solutions are scalable, secure, and follow industry best practices.
  

Functional Area Lead D365 Manufacturing

• Manufacturing Implementation: Direct the rollout of D365 F&SCM Manufacturing modules, covering Discrete, Lean, and Production Control methodologies.
  
• Operational Excellence: Partner with Engineering and Production teams to optimize BOM management, routing, capacity planning, and resource groups.
  
• System Integration: Ensure seamless connectivity between Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), quality management, and inventory control.
  
• Mentorship & Governance: Lead business analysis groups, maintain comprehensive documentation, and conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to project standards.

Požadujeme

• Proven international experience in designing, implementing, and managing D365 F&SCM solutions,
  

ensuring alignment with business requirements and objectives

• Deep functional knowledge of the D365 F&SCM Manufacturing modules, including
  

hands-on experience with production orders, MRP and Kanban OR D365 F&SCM Supply Chain Management modules,including Sales and Distribution, order-to-cash, customer order management, and
demand planning

• Proven ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate
  

requirements into efficient, scalable, and secure ERP solutions

• Experience in creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for D365 F&SCM
  

implementations, processes, and ongoing improvements

• Experience in mentoring and training colleagues is a plus
  
• Fluent English, Czech is an advantage
