- Propose, create and implement ideas and procedures, focused on the improvement of existing logistics processes, procedures and activities
- Support the creation of work- and technical instructions for all solutions
- Support the creation documentation and present the result
- Implement facility lay out improvements and processes
- Communicate with departments involved (Engineering, Production Planning and Inventory control, etc)
- Time and motion study of warehouse activities
- Implement LEAN in the organization
Požadujeme
- Education on University level
- wwork independent on projects as a team leader and as a team member.
- Experience in the production environment
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma
- Good knowledge of Czech and English Language
- Good communication skills, candidate must be capable to transfer user language into a process technical description
- Good knowledge of ERP systems (experience with SAP is an advantage)
- Strong analytical knowledge
- Computer experience with Microsoft tools and Warehouse Management System knowledge is an advantage.
- Ability to lead small teams
- Good presentation skills
