<br/>What you´ll be in charge of:<ul>
<li> Develop sourcing strategies that support given company’s business</li>
<li> Identify cost or productivity opportunities and improvement in Facilities Services</li>
<li> Leading sourcing projects (create development strategy, negotiate with suppliers, prepare and present business cases, etc.)</li>
<li> Design and implement cost savings (Real Estate Services, Catering, Cleaning, Security, Repair and Maintenance, Mechanical and Electrical Services, Office Supplies, and Building Refurbishment and Fit-out)</li>
<li> Keep and develop client relationships</li>
<li> Prepare market researches/trends for assigned customers</li>
<li> Help to develop more junior members in the sourcing team</li>
</ul>

Požadujeme

<ul>
<li> Proven experience in strategic sourcing, facility management or supply chain management for at least 5 years</li>
<li> Experience in sourcing and category management of Property and Facilities services</li>
<li> Proven experience in coordinating and implementing project cost savings </li>
<li> Fluent German and English</li>
<li> Strong communication and negotiation skills</li>
<li> Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel, PowerPoint)</li>
<li> Problem solving skills, stress resistant and results-oriented personality</li>
<li> Willingness to travel</li>
</ul>
