<br/>We are looking for an experienced Employee Talent Acquisition and Enablement Supervisor to join an international fast paced environment – Human Resources Shared Services. You will be responsible for management of day-to-day operations - knowledge management, case management, quality customer service, adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operation Level Agreements (OLAs), and successful leadership delivering effective and efficient operations. Furthermore you will be responsible for:<br/>
<ul>
<li> Defining the recruitment and development strategy - proactively manage workflow, staffing and schedules </li>
<li> Conducting new employee orientation program </li>
<li> Provide coaching and assist with the development and execution of corrective actions and developmental action plans </li>
<li> Provide support to the Team functional specialists, including escalation to senior leadership requests or cases that are exceptions to policy or standardized practices - Investigate, assess and recommend solutions to employee queries </li>
<li> Sustain employee governance – weekly and monthly meetings with employees, management and clients </li>
<li> Interpreting and advising on Company policies and procedures for employees and managers </li>
<li> Leverage standardized global processes, tools, and technologies to ensure quality service </li>
<li> Responsible for case management, analysis, tracking, and documentation </li>
<li> Reviewing information regarding employee satisfaction and review/solution a remedy for future similar occurrences where applicable </li>
<li> Project Management – manage and participate in projects and migrations as needed (workshops, migration plans, process improvements, …)</li>
</ul>

Požadujeme

<ul>
<li> Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Administration, Business Administration, or related field </li>
<li> Fluency in English plus any other European language is an advantage</li>
<li> HR experience within an international organization preferably in a shared services environment </li>
<li> Proven track record of managing a team </li>
<li> Case management and knowledge management expertise, Project management skills </li>
<li> Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), knowledge of SAP, Workday or other HRIS </li>
<li> Outstanding communication - must be able to successfully interact with all levels within the organization </li>
<li> Exceptional customers focus and service orientation </li>
<li> Strong analytical and problem solving capability </li>
<li> An enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment</li>
