Popis pracovní nabídky

For our client we are looking for a suitable and motivated candidate to join the team and support his fast growing business in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe (Czech, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Romania, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Belarus etc.).

Your main responsibility will be:
  • Service warranty claim review and validation process;
  • Data claim validity and quality control & feedback to the claimer;
  • Credit note release process for exchanges within the warranty;
  • Idoc handling process;
  • Co-ordinate the quality assurance process within back-office;
  • Co-ordinate the back-office support for the approbation process;
  • Assist to the Service Manager and Officer in professional tasks.
Main tasks:
Service support
  • Service claim reviewing & reporting to the network (working with European Claim System)
  • Service claim help-desk process (help-desk and advisory process for typical errors found during the claim review)
  • Co-ordinate dealer returns and product replacements administration (credit note process release = price control, lifting billing blocks)
  • Idoc handling process (correction of the standard price requests parked in SAP owing to price exchange reference not found to the claim entry data)
  • Regularly maintaining of the warranty claims database (reports)
Quality Assurance
  • Co-ordination of the quality assurance process within the back-office
  • Maintaining the quality management documentation (incl. updates received from revision)

Approbation process
  • Approbation planning for East European Countries (incl. approbation status report maintenance)
  • Maintaining and developing relationship with appropriate offices in East European Countries & factory approbation officers
  • Collecting and distributing the approbation requisites (document and samples) to support an application process in several CEEE countries
  • Approbation archive & stock maintenance

Požadujeme

  • University or Secondary school degree (technical preferably)
  • Advanced written and spoken English – daily phone and e-mail communication in English
  • PC Skills - Advanced Access, Excel, Word, Power Point, SAP
  • Ability to solve problems independently, good time management and prioritizing skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Previous working experience in technical service, customer care (help-desk) or claim handling environment is a real plus - this complex, varied and regional position may be an interesting promotion for technical service assistants/officers
