- responsible for the smooth execution of cases
- support on international assignments
- Prepare necessary support documentation for ongoing cases
- Support for sales managers, other team members
- Ensure proper documentation to the cases
- Ensure information flow with different departments and functions
- Provide accurate and friendly advice and service to all customers
- Work with other team members sharing knowledge on topics that are either a current specialist topic
- Continuously improve work methods and processes
- Be the member of the teams (different countries, customers, cultures)
Požadujeme
- ADVANCED: ENGLISH + the other language
- Education - Ideally college degree
- 1 year working experience in administration preferred
- Finance knowledge
- Experience at SSC, call centrums
- Experience at SAP sw
- Experience working within a customer oriented environment
- Being able to work under the stress
