User Experience Specialist
We require someone with a creative approach to driving customer satisfaction preferably with experience of doing so in an online organisation. Youll be keen to focus your skills on designing online experiences using standard wireframing tools based on detailed user research and data analysis
Supporting the User Experience Manager.
Working on a variety of UX projects centred around continuous improvement
Visualisation of best-in-class user experience and digital solutions especially in the form of wireframes detailed briefs and technical specifications.
Contribute to department objectives of improving Touchpoint Net Promoter Score (TNPS) and meeting and exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
A good understanding of the importance of online for sales and service.
Knowledge of industry best practice with regard to customer satisfaction.
Customer obsessed with genuine enthusiasm for creating simply brilliant online experiences.
Innovation hungry and good awareness of how new techniques can be applied to online.
Strong communications skills ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical teams
Team player: strong collaboration skills and adept at bringing the best out of other team members
