Popis pracovní nabídky

At least 3 years of customer service experience in large scale/medium enterprises. In-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

Experienced in ITIL v3 processes (especially Change, Config, Incident, Asset management). Experience in Wintel related service organization.

Must have understanding of aspects of ICT infrastructure technologies; high level overview in areas: networking, security, storage and virtualization technologies.

Understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and associated infrastructure services (DHCP, DNS,

and Group Policies).
Experience with at least one service management software product

(JIRA/Remedy/Wendia POB/...)

Experience from global projects and enterprise environment are beneficial.

Fluency (written and spoken) in German and English.

Very good written, presentation and verbal communication skills

In context of IT service delivery is part of this work: creation of documentation, mapping of

processes, communication with customer, participation in projects etc. Supervisory experience is a plus.
