Hradecká Magdalena, e-mail: použijte odpovědní formulářWe are looking for a strategic leader to oversee our university recruitment efforts and enhance the overall experience for students, faculty, and educational partners.
Responsibilities:
" Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment, admissions, and marketing strategies to attract and enrol a diverse and qualified student population.
" Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall student experience and foster a supportive and engaging campus environment.
" Lead recruitment efforts through targeted outreach, events, and communication campaigns to engage prospective students and promote the university's programs and offerings.
" Oversee the admissions process, including application review, admissions decisions, and enrollment management, ensuring efficiency and transparency for applicants.
" Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to enhance the university's visibility and reputation.
" Analyse market trends, enrollment data, and demographic information to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement in recruitment and marketing efforts.
" Supervise recruitment, admissions, and student support staff.
" Oversee relationships with high schools, colleges, and other educational institutions.
" Collaborate with academic departments and university leadership to ensure alignment between recruitment, admissions, marketing and student support strategies and institutional goals.
" Develop initiatives to support student retention, success, and satisfaction throughout their academic journey.
Qualifications:
" Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
" Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
" Demonstrated experience in recruitment, admissions, or enrollment management, preferably in a higher education setting.
" Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies, particularly in the context of student recruitment.
" Familiarity with enrollment management software systems and technology tools.
" Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve common goals.
" Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
" Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred in education, marketing, business administration, or related field.
Languages:
" Fluency in English (minimum C1/B2)
" Czech language skills desirable, but not required
" Other language competencies are an asset, but not required.
